The press has picked up on nominee Miers' propensity to pack heat. In the past, as Texas' Bar President, Miers made comments supportive of the right to bear arms.

It was not clear if she drew from the U.S. or the Texas Constitution for the statement (no link, just trust me on this). Kidding -- here is a link.
