Hurricanes Have New Targets

Hundreds of sex offenders being tracked by the state won't be allowed into public hurricane shelters in Florida under a new policy, which will allow them to ride out the storms in prisons instead.
They will stay in visiting centers, not with the inmates.
I will just ask the question again: if we don't think these people can be mixed with society, why did we let them out of prison in the first place?
